Sycara IV Cake progress photos. One of my most challenging cakes, this yacht cake was a gift to the owner of the Sycara IV launched June 20, 2009, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Before making the cake I toured the yacht and studied drawings to maintain proportions. Cheesecake was a firm bottom layer for this cake.
